This is accomplished by building strong foundational relationships with our soon-to-be customers. New business is defined as 0 -120 days after contract is signed.

Day in the Life
- Build relationships with Instant Teams prospects and provide a seamless sales journey to becoming a customer.
- Success is measured by new business revenue generated.
- Responsible for bringing mid-market opportunities to a close. This includes supporting MSA agreements, proposal writing/drafting/approvals, contract negotiations and vendor registration processes.
- Work with sales director on contract negotiations and ensure they are mutually beneficial
- Responsible for at least 50% sole sourced deals.
- Responsible for closing 50% of deals from BDR’s and other lead generation sources
- Develop ideas on new sales collateral
- Understand the customers and products of Instant Teams
- Sell the different solutions and values of Instant Teams
- Create targeted & customized sales messages
- Ability to mentor and help junior sales members find the best opportunities to close
