About Us

Instant Teams is a Remote Team Marketplace that leverages automation to build your ideal teams from custom-built pipelines of pre-vetted talent from the largest database of U.S. military-connected remote workers — spouses, veterans, caregivers and survivors.

Introduction

Our Talent is Untapped

Military spouses, veterans, caregivers and survivors are highly skilled, adaptable, and flexible — but this group also has some of the highest unemployment rates in the U.S. due to frequent moves and employment gaps. Close the opportunity gap with Instant Teams, which helps businesses put success first and gain a competitive edge with the largest database of military-connected remote workers in the industry, all pre-vetted and ready to drive results. We’ll test and train candidates to be sure they can deliver the performance you expect.

We Focus on Skills

Skills are often a better predictor of success at a job than education, experience, or past employment. That’s why we focus on the skills that allow your team members to deliver best-in-class customer support, operations support, or tech support. Stop wasting your time on resumes and let us custom-match the candidates with the right combo of skills and abilities for your organizational needs.

Our Process is Fast

Outsourcing customer service and support teams is a great decision for your business, so side with a company that can put you on the road to success fast. Instant Teams’ talent marketplace technology is a faster way to build a remote workforce. Stop spending hundreds of hours sourcing and vetting candidates — build teams in as few as seven days with custombuilt pipelines of remote talent matched to your specific needs.

Logos

Corporate Logo

Alternate Logos

This is Instant Teams’ official, corporate brand. Its corporate logo is symbolic of our 100% remote workforce environment.

The circle is intentionally disconnected to represent our remote, physical disconnectedness, and also the interconnectedness and communication we foster to produce successful workforce teams.

Our colors represent the digital world, which is a crucial aspect of our connection as a fully-remote team.

If a piece of content ill-fits the corporate logo, these logo variations are acceptable for use.

These are the only approved variations of the Instant Team logo and should not be altered in any way.
