Overview

Revenue Operations Mission: Understand and advise on end-to-end revenue opportunities and growth across the customer journey map.  As a member of the Revenue Operations team, we manage data and processes to capture, maintain, grow, and accelerate revenue at Instant Teams. 

Account Solutions Architects are members of the Sales Team and operate beyond selling.  Account Solutions is the glue binding sales and service. Through strategic out of the box thinking you work with the right internal and external stakeholders to understand  pain points and develop appropriate near and long-term solutions with our products and services. You are a subject matter expert on managing the entire customer lifecycle.

Day in the Life

  • Identify and develop solutions for customer accounts
  • Maintain account revenue, revenue expansion, and contract renewals. 
  • Lead the quarterly business review (QBR) 
  • Negotiate expansion and renewal contract terms 
  • Responsible for margins on contract expansions and renewals
  • Develop and maintain the right customer relationships
  • Forecast revenue churn and revenue growth on assigned accounts
  • Conduct account gap analysis
  • Develop and maintain end-to-end customer roadmap

Required Education and Experience

  • 7+  years work experience in related field
  • Negotiating successful contracts of 3+ years
  • Experience in sales, marketing, revenue, or  business related  field
  • Customer relationship management experience
  • Google Workspace experience (must include advanced functions on google sheets, pivot tables, statistical analysis)


Preferred Education and Experience

  • Degree in business, finance, or related field
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Understanding of sales process 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech Savvy, having the ability to pick up new applications in a timely manner

Regular Working Shifts

Available to work 40 hours/week and be available during your time zone’s core working hours

Eastern Time Zone Team Members
10 am – 4 pm

Central Time Zone Team Members
9 am – 3 pm

Mountain Time Zone Team Members
9 am – 3 pm

Pacific Time Zone Team Members
8 am – 2 pm

Hawaiian Time Zone Team Members
7 am – 1 pm

The remaining 2 hours are flexible on the front end or the back end, with approval and communication to your supervisor.
