As an eligible participant, you can contribute 401(k) pre-tax, Roth after-tax dollars, or a combination of both.

Pre-Tax 401(k): Contributions lower your taxable income now, giving you a tax break upfront. Taxes are paid when you withdraw the money.
Roth 401(k): Contributions are made with taxed income, so there’s no tax owed when you withdraw the money later.

Life, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, and Disability Insurance
Life and disability insurance provides essential financial security for those who depend on you. To ensure peace of mind for you and your family, Instant Teams offers Life, Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D), and Disability insurance through Lincoln Financial Group—at no cost to you. Coverage begins after 60 days of employment and continues until your last day of employment.
Voluntary Life/AD&D Insurance
Instant Teams provides the option to purchase additional voluntary Life and AD&D insurance through Lincoln.

You may also elect coverage for your spouse and dependent child(ren).

This coverage is 100% employee-paid through payroll deduction.

Rates are based on your age and the approved coverage amount.

Coverage amounts above the guaranteed issue limit—or any requests made after your initial eligibility period—will require Evidence of Insurability (EOI).

Long-Term Disability
Instant Teams offers an optional Voluntary Long-Term Disability (LTD) plan through Lincoln to provide income protection if you are unable to work for an extended period due to illness or injury.
This benefit is 100% employee-paid through payroll deduction. Your cost is based on your annual earnings and will be shown during open enrollment. Any LTD benefits paid are non-taxable.

- Benefit Amount: 60% of monthly earnings
- Benefit Maximum: Up to $10,000 per month
- Benefits Begin: On the 91st day of disability
- Benefit Duration: Payable to the later of age 65 or Social Security Normal Retirement Age (SSNRA)
- Coordination: Coordinates with other disability benefits

Paid Time Off
Employees accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) to cover vacation, personal, and sick needs in one flexible benefit. PTO begins accruing on your hire date, and employees are responsible for managing their time to ensure coverage for vacations, illness, or emergencies.
Eligibility: Employees must work at least 20 hours per week. Employees working less than 20 hours, as well as PRN, temporary, and Remote On-Call (ROC) employees, are not eligible for PTO accrual.

Annual Performance Merit Increase
Account-Based Employees receive an annual performance evaluation, aligned with their anniversary or employment change date. This date reflects when they officially joined Instant Teams. During the evaluation, employees may also be considered for a merit increase to recognize their contributions and growth over the past year.
